Chief Food Officer
Chief Food Officer and Corporate Chef, Keoni Chang, leads the food and beverage team and culinary programs for Foodland Super Market, Ltd. and the Sullivan Family of Companies. Since joining Foodland in 2004, he’s raised the bar on the company’s innovative offerings, extending his guidance to restaurants across the islands.
Rebekah DeCosta
Head Chef
Chef “Bekah” DeCosta started on opening day of Foodland Farms Ala Moana. A graduate of the Culinary Arts program at Leeward Community College, she developed the recipes for “Calabash: Meal Kits by Foodland.” Chef Bekah excels in creating inventive recipes with a strong background in seafood, Asian-fusion, and local cuisines.
